Does this account for holidays?
No — only weekends (Saturday, Sunday) are excluded. Public holidays vary by country and region, so you'll need to subtract those manually.
Are the start and end dates included?
Yes — both endpoints are counted if they fall on weekdays. For example, Monday to Friday in the same week = 5 business days.
